WS20PTO: High-performance solution for intensive green waste operations

The WS20PTO by TS Industrie is a PTO-driven wood chipper designed to meet the demands of professionals handling large volumes of green waste. Ideal for landscapers, municipalities, golf course managers, and light forestry contractors, it stands out as a powerful, durable, and versatile machine.

Compatible with tractors up to 80 HP via a 1000 rpm PTO, the WS20PTO can process branches up to 20 cm in diameter in a single pass. Its Cutting Disc technology ensures efficient chipping while maintaining excellent chip quality, even under intensive conditions.

The 270° rotating discharge chute provides great flexibility, allowing operators to adjust chip direction based on jobsite requirements. Combined with a dual feed roller system, it ensures smooth and continuous material intake, even with long or irregular branches.

Designed for intensive professional use, the WS20PTO combines power, ergonomics, and reliability to optimize operations across various environments.

Key benefits of the WS20PTO for maximizing jobsite productivity

The WS20PTO has been engineered to enhance efficiency and simplify operator tasks on demanding job sites.

Its ability to process branches up to 20 cm significantly reduces working time and increases profitability. The Cutting Disc system ensures consistent throughput and minimizes the risk of clogging.

The wide, foldable hopper makes loading easier and improves operator comfort while reducing the machine’s footprint during transport.

The 270° adjustable discharge chute allows precise control of chip output, improving visibility and optimizing workflow, especially when loading trailers or managing chip piles.

The centralized Pilot System provides intuitive control of key functions and feed rollers, ensuring ease of use in daily operations.

Maintenance is simplified thanks to easy-access service panels and robust components. Optional centralized greasing reduces servicing time and increases machine uptime.

Additionally, compatibility with various options (lighting kit, extended chute, tandem axle chassis) enhances versatility and allows customization based on specific jobsite needs.

Technical specifications, standards & equipment

PTO: 1000 rpm – max power 80 HP

Chipping capacity: up to 20 cm diameter

Hopper: 1500 × 1290 mm – loading height 870 mm – foldable

Feeding system: dual feed rollers (310 mm width, 240 mm diameter)

Flywheel: 900 mm diameter – weight 218 kg

Discharge chute: height 2550 mm – 270° rotation

Operating and maintenance recommendations

For optimal performance, start the PTO and allow the machine to reach operating speed for a few minutes before feeding material. This ensures stable operation and efficient chipping.

Feed branches gradually and evenly to avoid overload. The dual feed rollers provide continuous intake, but maintaining a steady flow is essential for consistent performance.

Adjust the discharge chute direction according to the jobsite layout to optimize chip evacuation. For best results, respect recommended branch diameters and process complex material in multiple passes if necessary.

Regular lubrication is essential, especially at the start of each working day and depending on usage frequency. Periodic checks of belts, fasteners, and safety components are also recommended.

Thorough cleaning after each use helps prevent debris buildup and extends machine lifespan. For storage, protect metal parts and keep the machine in a sheltered area to maintain durability.

WS20PTO: A reliable chipper for demanding professional applications

The WS20PTO reflects TS Industrie’s expertise in high-performance wood chipping solutions. Powerful, durable, and adaptable, it is perfectly suited for professionals working in intensive conditions.

It enables efficient green waste processing by producing uniform wood chips while improving jobsite organization and profitability.

Its robust design, high performance, and ease of use make it an essential machine for landscaping companies, municipalities, and large-area managers.

Contact our team today to schedule a demonstration and discover the full potential of the WS20PTO in real working conditions.
