The Power Mixed Rotor SAELEN :
Our new generation of Mixed Rotor is more efficient thanks to its differents multiple cutting chambers that consist of numerous knifes and hammers. Its inertia and its fan blades optimize the use of the engine power thus save energy and economise resources, therefore respect the environment.

This system developed and pantented by Saelen in 1999, mixes hammers and knifes in cutting chambers to cut at the same time all types of greens and wood branches in the most efficient manner .
TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPED BY SAELEN
No Stress & Variostress
No stress fonction allows to adjust automatically the feed speed according to material flow to avoid clogging of the machine. To upgrate this function, the setting og Variostress can be directly controlled from the on-board computer. In addition to this technology, all our shredders are equipped with a lever for regulating the speed of the feed conveyor and the infeed roller.
CO2 reduction
This system helps to adapt the power of engine to material flow, and thus use the full power only when it is needed. Available as an option on our shredders, it allows you to save fuel and reduce the CO2 emission.
Pilot System & Pilot System swing
It is the board computer of the machine. The pilot system and the pilot system swing centralize the machine controls such as the different shredding settings, no stress and Variostress.
TS.Cockpit
This new generation of on-board computer provides complete overview of the machine. The control platform, the TS-cockpit withstands the most extreme conditions and complies with all current standards. Developped by TSIndustrie, the interface allows the machine to be monitored at one glance (exhaust gas treatment, intelligent diagnostics, maintenance, but also battery voltage and charge for the electric shredders).
