TS Industrie is the result of the merger of two companies, the specialist for multi-vegetation shredders Saelen. And hacker expert Tününten. TS Industrie as a brand expresses the ambitions of the European group development and uses the history of the two companies and their experience.

Founded in 1880, the Saelen company originally manufactured agricultural equipment and in particular the first steam threshing balers.
Today, it distributes professional equipment for the maintenance of green spaces: municipalities, communities, administrations, landscapers, golf courses constitute its main clientele.
A clientele for which Saelen shows uncompromising requirements to offer a complete range of equipment adapted to the market.

Founded in 1985 in Neukirchen by Werner Tünnissen and Dieter Stocks, Tünnissen & Stocks GmbH initially distributed municipal equipment in the Rhineland, manufactured wood chippers and chippers as well as special machines and accessories for major brands such as Fendt, Reform, Ransomes or Ladog.

When Dieter Stocks retired in 1995, the Tünnissen family renamed the company Tünnissen Spezialmaschinen GmbH in order to retain the TS acronym.

Over the years, the company gradually refocused on its manufacturing activity and entered into a Joint Venture with the Riga factory in Latvia (mechanical welding and machining activity) to acquire 100% of its shares in 1998.

In 2009, the French group S.E.E, a major player in the plant shredder market through its Saelen division, bought Tünnissen. The complementary know-how of the two manufacturers allows the new TS Industrie brand thus created to offer the most complete range of shredders for green space professionals.

TS Industrie offers itself a new cut!

With its comprehensive and diversified range, TS Industrie chose 2014 to offer itself a new visual identity closer to the expectations of its customers and to its presence in the green space market. New logo, new brand concept, new image correlated with Saelen's professionalism and experience in his field of activity.
