AN INGENIOUS SYSTEM TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT

In practical use, a machine's chipper-shredder system works a maximum of 3 hours during 8-hour deployment. During the remaining time, the machine and engine are operating at full power without any wood being fed in. This is the reason why TS Industrie developed the CO2 reduction system, which regulates the chipping and shredding process so that full power is only called for when it is actually needed.

When the user leaves the machine, for instance to collect more material, the CO2 reduction system automatically powers down the engine and stops the feed and drive.

A sensor detects the user's presence close to the feed hopper and automatically switches the diesel engine to full power. The chippershredder is fully operational again within 3 seconds.
