No more wasting green waste

  Thanks to TS INDUSTRIE Multi-Vegetation Concept technology based on PATENTED MIXED ROTOR you obtain ECO-MIXED CHIPS – a fine mixture of wood fibre and vegetation, which favours the mulching and composting processes. Thus, your green waste can be left on the spot or be used on other plantations.

  TS INDUSTRIE Multi-Vegetation Concept machines are a perfect solution for the production of fragmented wood and branches (FWB). As a matter of fact, the fibres obtained with our mixed rotor system, which strip away a maximum amount of bark from the surface, benefit from greater exposure to the soil ecosystem.

  TS INDUSTRIE WOOD CHIPPER CONCEPT machines use CUTTING DISC SYSTEM that produces perfectly uniform wood chips (ECO CHIPS). ECO CHIPS can be used as mulch or in pellet and wood chips boilers.

CO2 reduction: an ingenious solution to protect the environment
Generally, a chipper/shredder works under load on average 3 hours on a 8-hous working day. For the remainder of that time the machine is operation at full rev, waiting to be loaded. That is why TS INDUSTRIE developed “CO2 reduction”. This system regulates the chipping process by only using the full engine power when necessary.

TS INDUSTRIE™ carefully selects engines that guarantee lowest emissions of nitrogen dioxide and of particles. Thus all our engines comply with the norms Tiers 3 – Stage 3A (non-road diesel ready).

BIO-DEGRADABLE LUBRICANTS TO LOWER THE RISK OF ACCIDENTIAL CONTAMINATION

TS INDUSTRIE™ machines are constantly used in a natural environment and present certain risk of pollution in case of a leak or accidential loss of lubricants. That is why TS INDUSTRIE replaced standard hydraulic oil and grease by bio-degradable lubricants, which are environment-friendly and guarantee highest performance.
